  • Acquire skills through project method in pedagogical engineering
  • Transfer the acquired practices to other modules if necessary

A 4-step methodology

Four axes must be taken into consideration in a digitization program:

  • pedagogical: how to facilitate apprentices’ learning and skills upgrading?
  • HR: how to support the skills development of employees?
  • economic: how to meet the expressed or latent needs of companies? How to stand out in the market? How to adapt the project to economic constraints?
  • policy: how to respond to the Region’s orientations and regulatory developments?

 

In terms of methodology, various actions are to be carried out to produce specifications:

  • make a framing note by a first internal work
  • involve the pedagogical and support teams in the definition of the project
  • quantify the costs of the project
